Expert RA rating agency has published a ranking of leasing companies for the 1st half of 2009. VEB-Leasing JSC ranks 2nd in terms of the volume of new deals and 5th in terms of leasing portfolio (with RUR 22.6 bln). 

Reference: The principal shareholder of VEB-Leasing JSC is State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank).   Fitch Ratings has given the company has the highest international credit rating among Russian companies – BBB (Foreign Currency Issuer Default Rating).
