Main strategic objective:
To become the largest federal-scale end-to-end leasing company ranking among the top-five leasing companies of Russia and Europe.
Product strategy:
The product offers of our leasing business are currently developing along two lines:
Retail leasing: Small businesses have a vast range of affordable leasing products to choose from (vehicle and special machinery leasing, express leasing of equipment, express leasing of real estate) with fast decision-making and simple contracting formalities. Medium businesses are offered integrated turnkey solutions based on retail leasing products. Within our retail leasing sector we plan to provide the full range of the most needed additional services.
Corporate leasing: We plan to further develop integrated industry-specific custom solutions for corporate customers. The possibility of customization enables us to take account of all customer needs and offer modern and innovative leasing solutions. Along the lines of corporate leasing, we finance the purchase of rail cars, aircraft, equipment, and truck fleets.
We are developing a product offer targeting both SMBs and corporate customers, which makes us one of the leading universal leasing companies holding leading positions in the key market segments. Our products come with a focus on enterprises in the non-financial sector of the Russian economy.
External borrowing
In the international and Russian capital markets, we act as a reliable financial partner of leading institutions, possessing a credit rating and a solid financial standing. We use a broad range of tools for securing financing - syndicated loans, bond issues, CLN, and trade finance. Our external borrowing strategy is aimed at increasing the average borrowing terms, reducing the cost of borrowing, and diversifying sources (among other things by increasing the share of trade finance).
Developing partnerships with vendors, insurance companies, and real estate agencies is a key aspect of our leasing business growth. We are planning joint programs with vendors for their key customers. We are also planning integrated finance solutions for suppliers and their dealers.

We are shaping a strong brand of VEB-Leasing Company among small and medium businesses.
Customer service
We try to set the example with our level of customer service among Russian leasing companies, which is why we seek to raise the qualifications of our specialists by way of training programs and regular certifications.
